what women want

I got a call from Jan today. He wanted something from me. Normally, I'd be kilig to the bones about it pero hindi na ngayon. I was actually offended. I pointed it out to him. Humirit pa! My goodness! Anak ng tokwa naman! Didn't he get my point?!!!

Why is it that men want the same thing? The three-letter word. You know what I mean. I am not going to spell it out here because I'd rather like keeping my blog clean. You know.. Just in case a family member so happens to stumble here. <laughs>

Flashback… My mom saw my friendster account. Me in a string bikini top. She was, I don't know how to describe it, I guess, shocked out of her conservative Catholic self. She immediately, and I mean IMMEDIATELY texted me for that picture to be taken off. Note: I was 21 at that time. I love my mom but we have our moments. <sigh>

Oh well, going back to the issue at hand.. so there. I guess I disappointed Jan but thing is, I am learning to say NO. Charge that to me being a people-pleaser way back in grade school when I so desperately wanted to fit in.

So there. Why don't men know what women want from them? Kahit na it's staring at them right in the face, bakit hindi pa nila ina-acknowledge? Meron ba silang specific gene sa katawan saying "Oopps! Get away.. Get aaawwwaaaayyyyy!!" ?

I’m a Chuzzle addict.. Are you one of us?

 I am not getting any quality sleep these days. I don't know.. Maybe I'm thinking too much about Something Else.. Or maybe it's because I keep thinking about Chuzzle so much. I know.. I know.. I shouldn't have installed it on my Pocket PC.. <sigh>

So there I was, unable to sleep. All I could see in my head is these little chuzzles making squeaky sounds and I keep trying to burst them up. Like playing a game inside my head.. Weird isn't it?

I am now like Ate Ana. Playing Jawbreaker non-stop..

Now officially a chuzzle addict. Crap!

I'm trying to read book six of Simon R. Green's Nightside series. I say trying to because much as the book interests me, it seems that my thoughts are currently preoccupied with Something Else.

Oh well.. I have made improvements on the chores that I was supposed to do but kulang pa rin ang time. It seems that I am so busy doing absolutely nothing.  

Haay.. Maybe I need a break from it all. (Haven't I said that before?)

Still on the search for a good laptop bag, though. Will see what they have on Monday.
