caffeine-induced observations

Ate Ana and I had dinner at Figaro Gateway. I had the pasta ala carlo again. Yum yum. Then we made chismis. Hahaha.. as usual..

We discussed a lot of things – like Deedee’s moving out, my toiletries, and Tatay’s complaint about me trying to hurt his little apos (they’re not cute by the way and the complaint was totally unfounded). I told Ate Ana that children learn what they live and shrugged it off. We plan to move by March, probably the Holy Week.

So, after dinner, Ate Ana got coffee from Coffee Bean. Nung palabas na kami, we saw this group of guys talking. Tapos, a new guy came in. He was buff. Kung si Ate Ana pa, isang paligo na lang, kamukha na nya si Batista. And you know what he did?! He made beso with another guy! Parang “Pare, pakiss nga sa neck!”

Sabi ko, “Ate, tell me I didn’t see that! Tell me I didn’t see that!” In denial ba!

Gawd! Ano ba yan? Can’t you see na nangangailangan ako? Sana naman pagbigyan naman nila ako di ba? (Hahaha! Just to borrow a quip from Ate Ana’s office mate) Just kidding! I am not THAT desperate!

Note: I don’t have anything against gays ha?

I dated this guy once. He was Über cute!!! He was chinito – my type. Tall. Lean. He wore his clothes well. Unfortunately, he was in need of a good cosmetic dentist.

He smiled at me and I literally cringed at the sight of his teeth. It was like, moss green in color. I swear! I didn’t know what he ate at that time to get that kind of stain on his teeth. I know cigarette stains are yellowish or even black but green?! Really?!!!! Arrghhh! Major turn off!!! We just talked. And I keep seeing those green teeth.. No!!! Nightmare city!!! I never want my teeth to look like that!

As you well know, I got meself two pairs of eyeglasses last year. Now, I’m thinking of getting another one. In a different color of course. I was at SM City Iloilo and I chanced upon this Über nice frame from Converse. It’s a bit steep for me though since it costs Php4000+ but it’s 30% off. Even with the discount, it would still be expensive.

I love making lists. It seems that I get control of my life that way.. Yes, I know. I am a control freak. Hence the lists. I’m even thinking of getting a planner. I don’t know why I keep lists since they usually don’t get followed anyway. I guess, making lists gives me some false sense of control over my life. Does that make sense to you? I hope it does. Hehehe..

1. Pay my bills (rent and phone)

2. Buy a Coolermaster Notepal Infinite (it’s around Php1500 at PCHub in Gilmore – with TPC discount!)

3. Get a pedicure from Going Straight. I miss Ate Malou.

4. Have my hair treated – hot oil!! Hair is soooo dry.

5. Get a load of natural skincare treatments (facial perhaps?)
