Hi Frances
I’ve discussed this with ***** [payroll] and a special payment was done. The amount was already credited to your acct and will be available for withdrawal tomorrow. Please let me know if everything’s ok.

Hi Pansay,
I know you know this has already been addressed. I also commend you for the email since you got your point across and payroll really needed this kind of "wake-up" call. I would however suggest a more professional tone be used the next time. If you prefer it, let’s talk about this in person.
Let me know, okay? I am glad however that our OM went out of her way to address your concern and that you will be getting what you should have rightly gotten in the first place.
Thanks
Regards,
***** [SS]

Hi Frances,
The process of one pay period is that, the semi-monthly pay is given in advance. The deductions/adjustments is base on the attendance of the previous month.
In this regard, your semi-monthly pay (half of your basic salary) for Feb 15 is paid. The deductions for this cut-off was base on your attendance last Jan. 16-31. The document that we have received is the LOA for your leave w/out pay form for three days (Please see attached).
We didn’t received the approved LOA form for your vacation leave for the remaining 3 days. That’s why we don’t have a basis for you to be paid on those days. We only base our computations from the documents we are receiving.
I hope this clarifies your concern.

When I got home, I finally realized that I may have jeopardized my application for process analyst. Crap. I kept thinking about it all weekend. I even dropped by Mikee’s house again just to vent and rant and play with Sam. Haayy.. Pero sabi nila not to worry about it since it has absolutely no bearing at all. Yeah right! Asa pa ako di ba?
These are the emails I’ve received after I sent mine out. The first one is from our OM and the second one is from our SS. Medyo closeness naman kami ni Boss SS that’s why. But one thing I’d like to ask. Was this done in an unprofessional manner? Was the tone of the email slightly unprofessional? I’ve asked around the office. The tone may have been too strong but everyone else thinks that the letter was okay. Oh well.. I did send out an email thanking them for their effort and apologizing for the tone of the email.
The third letter is from payroll. They said that they didn’t receive any documentation? So ano ginawa nila sa pinasang mga LOAs ko? Ginawang tissue paper?! Sinabi ni TL na di naman daw kasalanan ng payroll. Process daw. So bale, tatanga-tanga ang process?! Eh shonga pala sila eh. Dapat matagal nang narectify ang so-called process na yan! <- Galit pa rin!
Good thing about it is they know that what I can do. And of course, I got the rest of my money the next day.
