My bill usually arrives late in the month. Now, it’s already Sept 3rd and still no bill. As I’m having a problem with my phone unit, I used Globe’s Chat Support. Please see transcript below. Luckily, I saved the damn thing.

So, the bf went and ask for a copy of the bill. And guess what? The email they sent, only contains a link to their fucking website! So, where’s my bill?! They asked me where they want to send it, I said email. And here I thought, I was thinking it’ll be a PDF file. And guess what? The fucking website doesn’t accept my password!!! Takte naman!! Kahit anong reset, nothing happens. Which I reiterated to the agent as per the convo above. Is that so hard to understand?!!!
So I called Globe Customer Service as I do not want to deal with their chat support again. Now, I talked to some guy who told me that my billing address was listed somewhere in Mandaluyong!!! This raised my ire again as you can expect. WTF?!!!! MANDALUYONG?!!! Stupid frigging agent from Globe put in the wrong address. So, if I didn’t call again, the bills would have been sent to a friggin’ place in Mandaluyong?!!!
Globe, how stupid can you get?! HUH?!!!
Now, I demanded they send my bill to my correct address by Monday. 9AM. We’ll see.

I’m currently waiting for a supervisor. Brian Berroy ~ who I have been told by the tech that I am currently speaking to: Lex Juanilo that the supervisor is busy taking other calls. That phrase, I have heard before. And frankly, gasgas na. I’ve been on hold for more than a 30 minutes. It seems that everytime I talk to Globelines for whatever issues I have, I seem to be talking to a bunch of idiots.
And the only thing that I can seem to do is shake my head. I mean, DAMN! What does a person have to do to get good service nowadays?!
I have always prided myself in providing the best customer service that I can as I am working on the same industry. And fool that I am, I have set my expectations in getting the same kind of service I provide when I call any customer service hotline. But this one really takes the cake!
I have been experiencing intermittent browsing issues. I have isolated the issue and done all the necessary troubleshooting steps, tech support that I am. And now, I am asking Globelines to fix the issue. And you know what they did? They filed a job number for me: 5136883. They said that their onsite team will come by at the time that I specify. Which was yesterday. And the onsite team came to the wrong house as per the person who called! They had the impertinence of asking if I left the house that afternoon! Haller?! Would I have set it that afternoon if I was leaving the house?! Like I said, a bunch of idiots!
I will end this post for now. I have no idea how long I will have to wait for Globelines to address my issue. It may be ten thousand years before they get back to me. *sigh*
I promise myself, once the bufra moves in, I will CHANGE ISPs!!!
